Anyone who presents a false vaccination certificate in a pharmacy can now be discovered much more easily. Starting today, pharmacists can check the batch number on the vaccination records with just a few clicks when issuing the certificates. The software was created together with experts from the Paul Ehrlich Institute (PEI). The German Pharmacists Association (DAV) provides the new function in the association portal “My Pharmacy Manager” to all participating pharmacies. Now pharmacists have a control option that the federal police have been using since June. How does the new software work?
