This Sunday (7/5), Salvador faces a bus stoppage, due to the strike by the Road Workers Union, which will last 24 hours.

The Municipal Mobility Department set up a scheme with complementary transport buses to minimize impacts.

Workers are claiming wage readjustment, increase in food ticket, compensation for overtime and the permanence of collectors in vehicles.

Negotiations with businessmen have lasted more than 30 days and they allege financial difficulties in meeting all claims.
