A threat attributed to gulf clan arrived at the cell phone of the magistrate of the Special Jurisdiction of the Peace, Alexander Ramelli. The Ministry of Justice asked this criminal structure to demonstrate its true intentions for peace.
“If the Clan del Golfo is really interested in submitting to Justice, we need them to speak truthfully to know what we are going to face. If there really is will, there is the generous proposal of the State (…) but in exchange for the truth, cessation of activities, dismantling of the gangs and reparation for the victims. If we’re not playing that, let’s stop wasting time.” was the sentence of Néstor Osuna, Minister of Justice.
Magistrate Ramelli is one of the officials who has been in charge of reconstructing the truth about the false positives in Antioquia. He carries out his work mainly in the Dabeiba cemetery.

A text message arrived on the magistrate’s WhatsApp in which they declared it “military objective” by “dig up the past” of extrajudicial executions in Antioquia.
The threats were also directed at auxiliary magistrate Hugo Escobar and the soldier (r) appearing before the JEP, Levis Contreras.
“The will of the Government is already quite clear, we need to know if they also have that will to continue advancing or if there is no place for it”, was Osuna’s call.

The Clan del Golfo, for its part, had issued a statement in which it ruled out being behind the threats from officials in the jurisdiction and accused the intelligence agencies of creating the pamphlet to distance them from a possible submission process with the government.
“The State shows once plus their disinterest and incompetence, in the search for total peace to which we have decidedly joined”, the criminals had said.
At the moment, it is the Prosecutor’s Office who has taken over the investigations to track down those responsible for the intimidation against the magistrate.
