With a processing capacity of six (06) tons of oranges/hour with a totally modern industrial tool, the plant will produce 4,000 tons of concentrate per year. Established on an area of one hectare with prospects for extending to an area of eight hectares, Orana will operate with around ten production lines, including three concentrate production lines, two orange oil production lines, two juice production lines, etc. Anything that will allow it to produce almost all orange derivatives including concentrate, essential oil, compound, molasses, natural juice, etc. But more importantly, Orana aims to put in place a policy to promote orange pips. Having to operate at full speed and at an uninterrupted pace, Orana has the technical capacity to process just under 50,000 tonnes of oranges from national orange production. As a Big player, the firm aims to obtain all of the national production estimated at more than 100,000 tonnes per year. And with a view to guaranteeing its supply chain, Orana has since sealed a partnership with almost all of the producer cooperatives in Za-Kpota, the location where the plant is located, and other localities. orange growers. The plant’s first production line, already being installed, will be that of orange concentrate. A product intended for industrialists and which will be exported as a priority, i.e. 90% to Africa, in particular to countries such as Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, etc. An option in line with the promoter’s vision of serving Africa as a priority. Respectful of the environment, Orana has taken all measures to manage the 03 tons of waste that its activities will generate per hour. Orana is undoubtedly positioned as one of the largest orange concentrate factories in Africa. Should it also be specified, Orana has succeeded in establishing solid partnerships in several European countries to sell the entire production of the factory.

It should be noted that the idea is carried by one of the largest African industrialists, Togbedji Ahokpa. The firm “Orana” will soon put its first bottles of orange concentrate on the market. The CEO of Orana, Togbédji Ahokpa explains the challenges of this plant. “This should allow us to install the second production line very quickly,” observed the CEO of Orana, Togbédji Ahokpa, nicknamed the orange magnate. Need we remind you, the CEO of Orana was, a few days ago, in the premises of CHB, the Greek leader in fruit processing, a company that has existed since 1955, also producing concentrate and exporting to more than 80 countries? worldwide. Orana therefore intends to draw inspiration from the experiences of this European giant to meet expectations, particularly in terms of controlling production, the ratio, detecting bottlenecks, improving productivity, etc. The distribution and cutting of the fruit, the extraction of the juice and the ejection of the empty skins, will be carried out automatically by perfectly synchronized and secure mechanical devices. This, thanks to the modernization of the industrial tool, the acquisition of new machines and packaging lines as well as the strengthening of working capital to mainly support commercial development. The Factory will get its supplies directly from the cooperatives of orange producers in the municipalities of Za-kpota, Klouékanmè and those existing throughout the national territory.
