Young people from Baïlobaya and the Cimenterie, dressed in red, intend to restore the image of the neighborhood, after a video was published on social networks showing young people attacking a vehicle. “It was not the healthy part of the neighborhood that attacked the vehicle at the Cimenterie. These are delinquents lurking in the corridors of the Cimenterie market who attack road users. We are committed to making them available to the authorities. That’s what we’re doing today,” said one.
