Sccording to a report by the CNNconfirmed from the BBC and by the news agency Reuters, The UK has already provided a stockpile of Storm Shadow cruise missiles to Ukraine. A senior US military official described the expedition as a “real game changer” for the scope of the armaments.

The Storm Shadow is the most powerful NATO missile delivered to Kiev to date, and has a range well beyond the 75km range of the HIMARS rockets which have been delivered by the thousands over the past year. The $2.5 million each cruise missile weighs 1.3 tons, has a length of 5.1 meters, a diameter of about 0.4 meters and a tandem warhead of 450 kg, enough to destroy fortifications heavy or level apartment buildings, industrial plants, railway junctions or columns of vehicles and troops. The weapon certainly represents a significant addition to Ukraine’s defense force and will be able to reach cities and installations in Russian territory.
