Watan Al-Youm: The volume of real estate trading declined in the first third of 2023 by 1% compared to the same period in 2022, according to a monthly report by the Department of Lands and Survey, Monday.
The department talked about a decrease in the movement of real estate sales in Jordan by 5% in the first third of 2023.
She indicated that apartment sales declined by 12% in the first third of 2023, compared to the same period last year.
Also, sales of non-Jordanians decreased by 17% in the first third of 2023.
On the other hand, the revenues of the Department of Lands and Survey increased in the first third of 2023 by 6%, to reach 81.5 million dinars, compared to the first third of 2022.
