It is difficult for drug series and corridos to show the consequences of these crimes, that is, they do not show you prison, what it is like to serve a sentence, and even the deaths make them seem heroic instead of tragic and painful.
In these contents, the teaching and learning that you can receive at school is despised and they use a lot of the discourse that the true school is in life itself and in the streets.
As they are action-packed content with promises of quick and easy success, there are many teenagers who have dropped out of school to pursue the dream of being a “drug hero”.

This is a dangerous path because it can lead adolescents to fall into addictions such as alcohol, cocaine, stone, among others and lose not only the desire to be the drug hero, but also lose their lives.
In addition to that they are in danger of being victims of human trafficking who trick dreamers like these teenagers to prostitute them or profit from their bodies.
