I deliberately left the flower that every bride knows, loves and asks for at the end. Imported peonies (which are usually sold at a higher price) are already available in mid- to late April. We can buy domestic peonies mainly from the end of April, but preferably from May. We can use these flowers until June. From then on, it is no longer available, at least in the quantity and quality that a wedding requires.
When my summer brides ask for peonies, I always tell them these, but I always recommend substitute flowers that are similar in style to peonies.
My experience shows that if I only use flowers requested by brides as a basis, then you should also think about early spring wedding times. Spring dates are often overshadowed by summer dates, even though the enormous summer heat is not good for the flowers or the guests. Another argument against spring dates is the rain, even though unexpected rain and storms can also occur in the summer.
