A brand known for its luxury hotels in Buenos Aires and Miami, Faena will open a high-end luxury complex in the Avenida Faria Lima region, in São Paulo. The first Faena in Brazil is a partnership between the chain and the construction company Even.
The project includes a hotel with around one hundred rooms, a cultural center with art and gastronomy, and a space for events, as well as 140 luxury residential units.
The Faena de Buenos Aires bears the quality seal of the Leading Hotels of the World. With five stars, it has rooms and suites ranging from 30 m² to 250 m². It also has four restaurants, including Bistro Sur.
In São Paulo, Accor will be responsible for hotel operations. The almost 20,000 m² land is close to the Eldorado shopping center. Sales begin this year and construction is expected to start at the end of 2024.
