The Ukrainian Army reported explosions in Kiev and other regions of the country on Thursday morning (18), urging the population to stay in air-raid shelters.

“According to preliminary information, a fall of debris was recorded in the Darnytskyi district of the capital. Data on casualties and damage are being verified,” Serhii Popko, head of Kyiv’s civil and military administration, said in the Telegram app.

The Army reported on attacks “with cruise missiles” in the region of Vinnytsia, in the center of the country.
