They were remanded in custody until a further hearing on June 5. The three defendants, who have already been convicted in the past for violence and assault, present marginal profiles: the youngest, Florian C., is a disabled worker due to his illiteracy; the oldest, Yoan L., is placed under curatorship.

A 16-year-old girl is also being prosecuted in this case, but she must be brought before a juvenile judge.
