Dividends: Petrobras (PETR3)(PETR4) pays BRL 1.44 per share today

Continuing with the material facts disclosed on the dates of March 1st and April 27th, on Monday (15th), Petrobras (PETR3)(PETR4) informed that, on Friday (19th), the payment of the first portion of supplementary dividends for the year 2022, based on the shareholding position on April 27.

The amount per share of the dividends will be restated by the Selic rate from December 31, 2022 until the effective payment date, according to the monetary restatement calculations shown below:

R$ 1.44071213 (dividends of R$ 1.37286685 + Selic update of R$ 0.06784528) will be distributed to holders of common (ON) and preferred (PN) shares.

The amount corresponding to the monetary restatement will be subject to income tax (IR) at the rate of 22.5%, in accordance with current legislation.

The income tax withholdings, mentioned above, will not be applied to shareholders who legally prove that they are beneficiaries of tax immunity or exemption.

Dividends not claimed within a period of three years, counting from the payment start date (May 19), will expire and revert to the company (Law 6404/76, article 287, item II, item a).
