The Superior Court of Justice of Navarra (TSJN) has confirmed the sentences of between 6 years and 7 years and one day in prison imposed in June 2022 by the Second Section of the Provincial Court on six convicted of two drug trafficking crimes. In the sentence, which can be appealed before the Supreme Court, the Civil and Criminal Chamber of the TSJN considers that the facts declared proven by the Court have been reproduced.
