Baghdad / Obelisk Al-Hadath: The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Ibrahim Raisi, issued a decree appointing Ali Akbar Ahmadian as Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council. According to Iran’s Fars Agency.
Ahmadian was the head of the strategic center of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
Ali Shamkhani held the position of Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council for 10 years and was the representative of the Leader of the Revolution in this Council.
In the decision to appoint Ahmadian, Ayatollah Raisi appreciated the efforts of Admiral Ali Shamkhani during his tenure as Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council.
