Lhe actors of the Guinean political class follow one another in the hemicycle of the people’s palace, under the orientation debate on the new Constitution, at the initiative of the CNT through its president Dr. Dansa Kourouma. The approach consists of making proposals regarding the drafting of the future fundamental law of the country. This Tuesday, May 16, 2023, the Alliance of Parties for Victory (APAV), represented by its president Mory Kaba, presented on the expectations of their coalition.
In front of the national advisers of the CNT, the president of the party Future of a New Guinea (AGN) made a communication of 15 mn on the various proposals of the said coalition which he chairs.
“Mr. President of the CNT, honorable national advisers, ladies and gentlemen, representatives of political parties and coalitions, on behalf of APAV, which I have the honor of chairing, propose that it be:
-remove the concept “social state” used in the first article appearing in the old constitutions “because a socialist state is a state in which the state produces everything, [et] share everything »
– create two political tendencies which are as follows:
– the circumstantialists (“economic ideology which makes the synthesis of socialism, capitalism, liberalism characterized by an interventionism in which the State must possess the means of production without preventing private initiatives”. He proposes in this sense to the national councilors to ensure that the State has a majority share in all joint ventures and that “electronic money is in the portfolio of the national company”;
– the progressives;
– officialization of national languages;
– a presidential regime;
– limit presidential terms to two;
-remove the High Court of Justice;
-Maintain the political multiparty system by requiring parties to make “economic proposals”, to show their sources of funding;
-Establish a “national day of reconciliation” to gather “in tribute to the victims of the different regimes…”.

Talking about building the capacities of university graduates in the country, the young politician proposed that the future new Constitution should make the master’s degree free for all brilliant students. Regulate the land situation,
– also integrate into the public service, cultural, sports and artistic actors who have honored the Republic of Guinea. Finally, nationalize the “public enterprises” available to our country.
