A 10-year-old girl was forcibly abducted by two partially masked individuals while she was with her mother. The girl’s father could be one of the kidnappers.

Rapt in the suburbs of Grenoble. This Thursday, May 25, a ten-year-old girl was kidnapped while she was with her mother, in the town of Fontaine (Isère). The facts took place near the school where the girl is educated. While this mother was in her vehicle, two individuals approached and sprayed her with tear gas, neutralizing her in order to forcibly remove the girl, reports France Blue. The kidnappers then fled in a gray Peugeot 307.
If the kidnappers and the 10-year-old girl are actively sought by the Grenoble police, the “Kidnapping Alert” procedure has not been triggered. One of the driver’s attackers could well be the father of the kidnapped girl. Indeed, despite a partially masked face, the mother was able to recognize him during the violent scene. A family dispute concerning the right of custody could thus have motivated this abduction.

A family dispute?
A track considered and confirmed by the public prosecutor of Grenoble, Éric Vaillant. “The prosecution is following this investigation directly, entrusted to the police officers of the Departmental Security of Grenoble”, he also indicated on Twitter. As for the girl’s mother, she was taken to the hospital in shock, before returning home and working with her relatives to post wanted notices on social networks.
