This police officer was indicted for breach of national defense secrecy, violation of professional secrecy and misappropriation of the purpose of processing personal data, according to the judicial source. His placement under judicial supervision was confirmed by the investigating chamber on May 11, the source added.

According to a source familiar with the matter, it is Sofiane S., a brigadier-chief who was then assigned to the Zonal Territorial Intelligence Service (SZRT) in Bordeaux. Another police officer was indicted on May 11.
