We’re diving into the world of genetically modified foods, or GMO, this week. Crops that have been genetically modified have been grown in America & Asia for many years, but Europe is much more reserved. According to one GMO could be the solution for a large part of the world’s problems such as increasing drought & global hunger, but according to the other there are great dangers of genetically modified food. Molecular biologist and science journalist Hidde Boersma is a guest on this.
