MADRID, 29 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Moroccan security forces have dismantled in the city of Tangier an alleged terrorist cell linked to the Islamic State and which was planning attacks against strategic and security installations, according to the Central Office of Judicial Investigations (BCIJ), responsible for the operation.

Three people between the ages of 31 and 40 who had already sworn allegiance to the Islamic State and identified various targets have been arrested in these operations. In addition, according to the official note, published in the MAP agency, they had also collected information on the manufacture of explosives.

Investigators say that these three suspects wanted to establish a relationship with other terrorists to join one of the affiliates of the Islamic State in Africa after the attacks they planned in Morocco.
