São Paulo will compete in the U-17 Women’s Nike Premier Cup. The only champion of the tournament, Tricolor debuts in the competition this Monday (29), in Rio de Janeiro.
The tournament will be held between May 29th and June 4th at Granja Comary, in Rio de Janeiro. In addition to Tricolor, seven more teams will participate in the championship: Centro Olímpico, Atlético-MG, Grêmio, Flamengo, Santos, Corinthians and Internacional.
The eight clubs will be divided into two groups of four teams each. The duration of each match will be 50 minutes, divided into two periods of 25 minutes each, with a 5-minute break. Tricolor is in Group B, alongside Grêmio, Atlético-MG and Centro Olímpico.
During the first phase, the eight participating teams divided into two groups play in a single round against everyone within each bracket. The two best teams in each group will go straight to the semifinals, while the second and third placed will play in the quarterfinals of the competition.
