Abu Dhabi: The number of new covid cases is on the rise in the UAE. Today, 1002 people have been diagnosed with the disease, according to the Ministry of Health and Prevention. Yesterday, 665 new cases were reported in the country. Kovid was confirmed in the country at 451 on Tuesday and 301 on Monday.
In other Gulf countries, there has been a sharp increase in the number of Kovid victims over the past few days. In the last 24 hours, more than 1,000 people were diagnosed with 339 Covid recoveries. However, it is reassuring to note that no new Kovid deaths have been reported in the country.
New patients were identified from 3,65,269 newly tested patients. A total of over 10.7 crore inspections have been carried out in the country. A total of 7,46,557 people have been diagnosed with the Kovid virus in the UAE so far. Of these, 7,39,616 have already been cured. A total of 2,154 people have died of Kovid in the country. There are currently 4787 Kovid patients being treated in the country.
