A criminal control judge from Pachuca once again linked to the process the former director of the Díaz Law Firm, Francisco “N”, for the crime of fraud, falsification of documents and false use of false documents, for which there are seven links to the process against him.
The person in charge of the office of the Attorney General of the State of Hidalgo (PGJEH), Santiago Nieto Castillo, reported that the events occurred in 2018 against the victim for a commercial trial that was not carried out.
The defendant requested 80,000 pesos for procedures that were not carried out, but the victim realized that they were not carried out and therefore filed a criminal complaint against the jurist who served as legal representative of the Díaz Law Firm.
The judge determined an additional period of five months for the complementary investigation, but the legal defender has been imprisoned in the Pachuca Social Reintegration Center (Cereso) since last January for the different cases of fraud that he is accused of.
According to the clients of the legal firm, another 16 criminal complaints for the crime of fraud committed by the law firm against legal proceedings that were not carried out in the criminal, commercial and civil fields for different economic amounts are still pending.
On January 12, a criminal control judge from Pachuca linked the lawyer to the trial for the crime of fraud for a sum of 60 million pesos for a false proceeding to the detriment of a client from Tulancingo for a property.
Subsequently, he was linked to the process for the same crime for a sum of 39 million pesos, then for another 340 thousand pesos, another additional seven million 171 thousand pesos, another five million 175 thousand pesos and another one for nine million 830 A thousand pesos.
