“La Baie des Rois” will be transformed into a Special Investment Zone (ZIS)

DIG/ The Council of Ministers of May 24, 2023 adopted the draft decree on creation and organization of the Baie des Rois Special Investment Zone in the Komo-Mondah department, within the Commune of Libreville.

The ZIS Baie des Rois will consist of one or more categories of zones.

It will include in particular:

– a residential area;

– a commercial area;

– an area of ​​tourist interest;

– a service area.

Arranged over an area of ​​40 Ha, “ The Bay of Kings » provides 205,000 m2 of offices, nearly 500 housing units, cultural activities and more than 79,000 m2 of shops.

The first homes are planned for 2025.
