Is Coldplay falling apart? The dramatic announcement of the band’s lead singer

by time news

The Coldplay band will stop recording songs together in 2025, the band’s lead singer revealed today, Martin card. “Our latest recording will be released in 2025 and then we will probably go on a tour. In the future we may return to collaborate, but not as a Coldplay band,” he said during an interview with BBC Radio 2.

There were doubts among fans about the credibility of Martin’s remarks, but a few weeks ago he said the same thing in the British music magazine NME. Martin said they are “working on new material coming out soon that will be limited to just three more albums”.

The British rock band was formed in 1996 by Martin and guitarist John Buckland, and was later joined by bassist Guy Briman and drummer Will Champion. The band’s style of music, singing and parking contain many characteristics identified with the sub-genre Britpop, post-Britpop and alternative rock. In 2005, the band released their third album, “X&Y”, which became their best-selling album in the world that year.

In 2008, the band’s fourth studio album, “Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends”, was released, produced by British producer Brian Ino, who won several awards at the Grammy Awards. The band’s fifth album, “Mylo Xyloto”, was a huge commercial success when it was voted the best-selling rock album in England in 2011.

Over the years, the band has won dozens of awards and sold over 90 million records worldwide, a figure that has positioned it as one of the most successful bands in the world. In 2009, the band was ranked fourth on the list of “Best Artists of the 21st Century” in the ranking of readers of American Rolling Stone magazine.
