One month and one day after the arrival of the Tour de France in Vitoria, the Álava capital accumulates several initiatives for a historic moment. The Casa de Cultura Ignacio Aldecoa in Vitoria, where the collection is displayed, is open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. during the week and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays .
