Arguiñano is a very early riser. At seven in the morning he was already feeding the chickens. »To collect eggs for breakfast«, said the cook, who always transmits that good vibes and vitality. »I don’t know how to start the day better«, maintained the chef.

The Basque cook is 75 years old and continues at the foot of the canyon in the kitchen.
