Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, seeded number 5, easily disposed of Argentinian Diego Schwartzmann on Friday (6-2, 6-2, 6-3) and qualified for the round of 16.
Stefanos Tsitsipas, 5th in the world, qualified Friday without shaking for the 1/8 finals of Roland-Garros by dismissing the Argentinian Diego Schwartzman (95th) 6-2, 6-2, 6-3.
«It wasn’t easy at all. It’s even by far the most difficult match since the start in terms of concentration. Diego didn’t give me any points for free and I had to be patient“, assured the 24-year-old Greek.

During the match, he notably scored a winning shot from the baseline with his magnificent one-handed backhand by passing the ball outside the net post, a little below the band of the net.
