DIG/ The French multinational Veolia must be smiling from its headquarters in Paris.

Since the end of its concession in 2018, 7 managing directors, including 6 Gabonese, have succeeded each other in 5 years at the head of SEEG.

Which, for some, could demonstrate the chronic instability of national managers to respond to the government’s roadmap.

But above all to take up the challenge post-Veolia whose showdown with the State found itself at the gates of international courts with the risk of a deterioration in economic relations between France and Gabon.

Should we see in these repetitive failures, a form of incompetence?

A rather paradoxical question for senior executives (with the exception of Ousmane Cissé) who are supposed to know the house perfectly, having held key positions there for years before becoming the head of the General Management.
