The Council of Ministers of this Wednesday, May 31, 2023 took various decisions including the organization in Cotonou of the International Forum for the Living Environment from September 26 to October 2, 2023. This development project will make it possible to welcome 33,000 learners in Benin from several countries from 2025. An international firm will be recruited for this purpose for the success of this project to assist in the evaluation, selection, structuring, contractualization for the implementation of new operators.
