The President of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) and Minister of Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Alexandre de Moraes, authorized the transfer of former federal deputy Roberto Jefferson to a hospital. This Sunday, the 4th, the magistrate accepted the request formalized by the defense of the former parliamentarian, who has been imprisoned in the Bangu Penitentiary Complex, in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro, since October last year.
The politician’s trip to a medical unit occurs after he has fainted, hit his head and suffered a “possible head trauma”. Medical report indicates that the His health condition is “very serious”.
Moraes’ opinion, releasing the transfer for Jefferson to undergo medical treatment in a private hospital, comes one day after the publication of the report on the state of health of the former deputy by the Rio de Janeiro State Department of Penitentiary Administration.
