Even though he tried to escape after the action, the victim, who did not accept the actions of the perpetrator, chased after the residents and was successfully arrested and beaten by the residents.

OKU Police Chief Adjunct Senior Commissioner Arif Harsono accompanied by Head of Police Observation AKP Mardani said the breast robbery incident occurred when the victim was riding a motorbike to return to his house at the entrance to Kepayang Village, on Sunday (4/6/2023) around 17.50 WIB.

“At that time the victim entered the village road when the suspect pressed him on a motorcycle. The victim and suspect came from the same direction, and the victim was squeezed from the right side of the victim,” he said.

And after the victim’s and suspect’s motorbikes were close together, suddenly the suspect grabbed the victim’s right chest (breast) using the suspect’s left hand.

“The victim who was shocked immediately screamed, and the suspect was also shocked and tried to run away, but the victim did not remain silent chasing the suspect while screaming for help,” he said.

Right in the Dusun 5 neighborhood, coincidentally residents were busy gathering and intercepting the suspect. Until the rampage of the mob got out of hand and beat the suspect.
