The Minister of Religious Affairs, Matan Kahana, announced that he wanted to fire the head of the conversion system, Rabbi Moshe Weller.

“I would like to update that today, Thursday, January 23, I met with the head of the conversion department, Rabbi Moshe Weller, for a discussion on the conversion program,” Kahana wrote in a letter to Prime Minister Bennett.
