More deals but at a lower value: 2021 summary in mergers and acquisitions

According to a report by Pwc Israel, 2021 was a record year during which 238 transactions were closed – the most since 2012. This is a 93% increase compared to the previous year, which was significantly affected by the corona. In the past year the total amount of transactions was $ 17.1 billion. The value of a transaction was $ 126 million, one of the lowest in recent years.
