Amnesty International accuses Taliban of targeting civilians – Afghanistan

Kabul – The human rights organization Amnesty International accuses Afghanistan’s ruling Taliban of collective punishment of civilians and other war crimes in Panjir province. In addition to arbitrary mass arrests, executions, torture and the burning down of residential buildings are also documented, it said in a report on Thursday.
