Concealed work: 8 billion defrauded, 800 million rectified, but only 77 million recovered

The fight against undeclared work is not weakening. According to the figures unveiled this Thursday, June 8 by Urssaf, 788.1 million euros of adjustments were made in 2022. Over the period 2018-2022, the note amounts to 3.5 billion euros, i.e. 50% more than the previous five years. “A very strong progression over the long term which is explained in particular by progress in the efficiency of controls”, notes Yann-Gaël Amghar, director general of Urssaf.
