Kochi: Director and actor’s former friend Balachandra Kumar has leveled serious allegations against actor Dileep, who is accused of assaulting the actress. In an exclusive interview to Reporter TV, Balachandra Kumar said that Pulsar Suni, who is in jail in connection with the attack on the actress, has a close relationship with Dileep and that he met Pulsar Suni at Dileep’s house. Balachandra Kumar said that Dileep had summoned him to Aluva jail and asked him not to divulge anything about it.

Kavya herself had called several times to say this. Dileep and his family members told him that they would not get bail if they found out that there was a connection between Dileep and Pulsar Suni. Dileep, who was in jail, was given VIP treatment. He saw it himself. Balachandrakumar said that he and Dileep had a meeting in the superintendent’s room.

Within days of Dileep being released on bail, footage of the attack on the actress had reached Dileep’s house in Aluva. It was brought by a VIP. As the sound in the video was not clear, Lal took it to the media and clarified the audio. Dileep and his friends saw these scenes together. Balachandrakumar said that Dileep had invited him to watch ‘Pulsar Suni’s atrocities’ and when he realized that it was the actress’ attacking scenes, he changed his mind and said no.

The name of the VIP who delivered the footage to Dileep’s house is not known. But let’s see. Balachandrakumar said that he still remembers the words in the video. The ADGP had called Sandhya several times to reveal the case. But they did not show any interest, Balachandrakumar said.

He said that Dileep had seen Sudarshan, a police officer in the investigation team, and that he believed that Pulsar Suni was still alive only because he was inside the jail.

Balachandra Kumar said that all these details were mentioned in the complaint lodged with the Chief Minister and if justice was not done by the investigating officers, he would approach the High Court.
