500 euros donation for the Caritas – Azu campaign in the Kunzmann car dealership

Fulda (oz/as) – Caritas board member Ansgar Erb recently received a donation check for 500 euros from Autohaus Kunzmann. Two trainees from the Mercedes dealer delivered the substantial donation that Caritas in the diocese of Fulda intends to use for the HOTPacks project.

The welfare association is providing 101 new fifth-graders from families affected by poverty with modern school backpacks to make their start at the new school easier. “We are pleased that the employees of Autohaus Kunzmann voted for our organization and thus support families who are in a difficult financial situation,” said Erb when the donation was handed over. The donation comes from an ongoing campaign by Kunzmann: Every employee can donate 50 cents of their wages to the “Sterntaler” project every month. Every year, the money is used to support social organizations and projects. The trainees take care of the implementation of the campaign – it is decided by voting where the money goes. So the choice fell on Caritas this year. Trainees are responsible for the implementation, so that Julian Schmittmer and Ayub Betz were now able to present the 500 euros to Caritas.
