Play against Jamshedpur this time on a different plan
The Blasters, who have played two pre-season matches against Jamshedpur this season, have drawn one and lost one. But Ivan Vukomanovich says the team will play against them this time around, not with the plan they played then. In his words, “Yes, of course we will play on a different plan. We played against them last season, but they were completely different. Now we are in the middle of the ISL. Both teams are playing with different approaches and styles. Better coordination on the team, it boosts the Blasters’ confidence
“Every team wants to achieve a higher goal. But you face different situations this season. Ours is the team that came in second from the previous season.”
“We have great consistency on the team it gives us confidence . Every match is different and tough. Anyone in the ISL can beat anyone. When we get to the top we can be happy with that because we can not forget where it came from and the results of the previous year. We have to be humble and score points.” Speaking to the media, Ivan clarified.

During the press conference, Ivan also found time to praise the young players of the team, Jackson Singh and Laltanga Khowling. Ivan said he enjoys the way the two are progressing this season, adding that they can get better through hard work.

If they win, the Blasters have a chance to top the points table
Kerala is currently fourth in the ISL points table with 12 points from 7 matches. If the Blasters beat Jamshedpur by 2 goals in tomorrow’s match, they will be able to top the points table. If they win by one goal, the team will be second in the points table.
