After last year’s post-Covid rebound, the trend is once again on the rise for the integration of young graduates from the grandes écoles. The net employment rate – this ratio which excludes the pursuit of studies – “has never been so high” since the Conférence des grandes écoles (CGE) carried out its annual survey on integration, welcomes Nicolas Glady, director of Télécom Paris and vice-president in charge of training and careers at CGE.
In that published on Wednesday, the net employment rate reached 90.5%, thus gaining 0.7 points in one year, after an increase of 10.7 points between 2021 and 2022. The increase is mainly driven by the employment rate. “particularly high” integration of engineering students, which improved by 2 points to reach 93.1%. Management schools recorded a slight decline (-0.9 points).
