Rapper Shirin David (28) fell badly while filming the new season of “The Voice of Germany” on Tuesday. Now a picture has surfaced showing her injured knees, the first photo after Tuesday’s accident. Ouch!

As BILD already reported, Shirin fell from a staircase in the studio on Tuesday. She lay there in a daze and had to be treated by paramedics. The photo came to BILD from production circles.
