Three children died this Thursday in a shooting in the U.S. township of Monroe (Ohio), in which the mother was also injured of the minors.
The 32-year-old father was arrested without incident after police arrived at the family’s residence. The authorities are not looking for other suspects, according to the local network Fox 19.
The three deceased they were 3, 4 and 7 years old, respectively. Her mother, 34, is being treated at a hospital for a gunshot wound to the hand.
According to local media, a woman called the police shortly after 4:00 p.m. local time (20:00 GMT) saying that they had “fired their babies”. The agents found the three deceased children with gunshot wounds in the garden. The investigation remains open.
