” What is that thing ? At the bottom of the Sainte-Anne-la-Palud beach car park, in the town of Plonévez-Porzay (Finistère), in the heart of the bay of Douarnenez, this large antenna, about 2.50 m high, intrigues walkers and beachgoers.
