Life is an accumulation of experiences because each one offers different personal satisfactions. In this sense, within the field of Medicine, a balance must be achieved between work and recreational moments. One cannot be abused because it affects the other. It is of little use to focus completely on professional tasks if in the end You can’t enjoy life outside of the hospital.

For its part, a constant within the health field is suffering from high levels of stress and anxiety. There are many tasks to accomplish and the greatest enemy is always time because it is scarce.

As a result of the above, it is quite common to develop the Burnout syndrome. In a simple way it is described as the sum of physical and mental fatigue. When the problem occurs, it is not only for the medical staff but also for the patients because they do not receive a quality service.

How to travel to Europe with little money?

That being said, a good way to avoid developing mental health problems is going on vacation. It is a right that all workers have and, in addition to being able to rest, it is also a perfect excuse to visit new cities or countries.

With this in mind, the Dr. Alondra Mendizabal posted a video about his recent travel experience. In her case, she is a general practitioner who is dedicated to creating content for social networks. She is also preparing to present the National Examination of Applicants for Medical Residencies (ENARM) in September.

For his part, after saving a year he decided travel to Europe and the most surprising thing is that he did it with little money considering the time and everything he could do.

Through a video he mentions that the first step is to contract a package with a travel agency. The earlier it is done, it will always be cheaper. In his case, he paid 50,000 pesos in exchange for a 15-day trip that included flights, transportation, and lodging in the countries of Spain, France, Italy and Greece.

While during his stay on the European continent he spent 20,000 pesos for meals, tickets to places and purchase of souvenirs.

Among his recommendations to save money, he mentions having a passport with a minimum validity of six months or else you may have legal problems and you will have to pay fines.

He also mentions carrying little cash because the best way to pay in Europe is with a credit or debit card. Doing so takes into account the exchange rate of the day and is a good way to get savings.

Finally, it indicates that in Europe tap water is drinkable because the countries have advanced piping systems. It seems like a minimal matter, but if you consider that a half-liter bottle of water costs between three and four euros, then it’s a good way to save money during your trip.
