Dr. Fahd Al-Khudairi, a professor and scientist for carcinogenesis research, said, “Leaving wheat products for people with some diseases would improve their health.”

He advised, “Dr. Fahd” in a tweet he posted on his official account on the social networking site “Twitter” who have uncontrolled sugar or those who have high cumulative sugar that has not decreased, as well as those who suffer from lethargy, laziness or high blood triglycerides, by giving up all wheat products.

Al-Khudairi indicated that leaving all wheat products (brown or white), pastries, fries, and all kinds of bread for only two or three months shows an improvement in the health of those with these diseases, with the necessary tests being re-conducted.
