LE + ECO – With summer fast approaching, the editorial staff of the Figaro has compared the prices and services of around thirty accommodations in order to help you find the best value for money for your short-term rentals.
If the prospect of the holidays is most pleasing, their organization can turn into a headache. After the choice of the destination and the mode of transport remains to find the ideal accommodation. But with the proliferation of offers, it is not always easy to navigate. Is it better to choose an Airbnb, a hotel or a bed and breakfast to save money, be in the best position or have the best service? In addition to national studies by Insee or AirDNA, Le Figaro compared the prices of 38 accommodations, in fourteen destinations across France. The prices have been frozen in May on the Airbnb sites, Booking and Gîtes de France, for one night from July 29 to 30, 2023, for two people, and the results are not necessarily those expected.
