“The strategy that the Government of Monterrey is carrying out, through the participation of different directions of the municipality, is to be able to carry out cooling zones, which consist of being able to have hydration for people in the face of this heat wave,” he said. The Government of Monterrey installed these centers in points that have a greater influx of people. There they hope to distribute some 5,000 liters of water daily, including the weekend.
