The Court of Instruction No. 3 of Teruel has sentenced a man, for a crime of violence against women in the form of threats, to the penalty of 30 days of work for the benefit of the community for 16 months. The judge considers that in his constant WhatsApp messages to the victim he had the intention of “flagrantly” undermining the mental and moral integrity of his ex-partner.
