Clal Insurance and Finance today (Sunday) launched the company’s new bot team, in a new TV campaign that aired tonight, starring Eyal Kitsis, the company’s presenter. For these employees, Avatar Bot characters were built in a special animation that will provide service to the company’s customers, 24/7, via the WhatsApp app, in a wide range of areas – pension, provident, life, health, overseas, general insurance and claims.
Clal Insurance and Finance’s new commercial is based on the hit “She argued with him for hours” by the band Mishina, the same singer, none other than Shlomi Bracha himself, who wrote and composed the original song. In Clal’s new commercial, new, humorous and amusing lyrics were written to the song, adapted to the content of the commercial.
In the new campaign, Kitsis’ wife is melting down late at night and he already suspects she has a new suitor. He sails through his thoughts, in a humorous scene, what his life will be like after the breakup, and finally discovers that his wife has corresponded, overall, with a bot of a rule and about their retirement savings.
