We are not necessarily against a touch of flavor enhancement, and luckily in the Netherlands we can trust that our food is safe. But palm oil, glucose syrup, sugar and dextrose? Wow. Put that bag away quickly. And if you look at the ingredients of a simple bag of natural chips, just Appie house brand, you will see only three ingredients there: potato, sunflower oil, salt. That’s it.
